RAIN
Tours operate rain or shine. Tastings are typically experienced inside tasting rooms, wine cellars, or beneath covered patios, and our vehicles feature complimentary umbrellas for guest use. Rainy days are an excellent time for wine touring, as you're not missing a day on the beach or golf course!
PICK UP LOCATIONS
We are pleased to offer COMPLIMENTARY PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF AT MOST LOCATIONS: HOTELS, B&Bs, AIRBNBs, and RESIDENCES within Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. For out of area pick up and drop off please contact us for the rate.
CAN I PICK THE WINERIES WE VISIT?
Suggestions are always welcome, but not guaranteed. Wineries visited are dependent on the tour group, the availability of the wineries, and the region being toured. For instance, if you were booking a tour in Beamsville and had a favourite winery you wanted to visit there, just add it in the comments when booking and we will see if we can fit it in the itinerary.
AM I REQUIRED TO BUY ANY WINE ON THE TOUR?
No. There is no obligation to buy. However, many of the wines you will discover along the way can not be found in most places, especially out-of-province. Some wines are actually only available right there at the winery. It's always nice to have a small "wine budget" for the tour in case you find something you really like. You may not be able to get it easily afterwards!
CANCELLATION POLICY
To guarantee an exceptional experience, Mustang Cruise Wine Tours makes every effort to personalize your tour and secure your requested date and times, including committing our vehicles and Tour Guides to your reservation. Advance requests and appointments may also be required at wineries depending on season and guest requests, as most wineries only accept visitors by appointment. Guests have up to 72 hours prior to the reservation to cancel with no penalty. If cancellation is made within 72 hours of tour the funds are non re-fundable.
All bookings are subject to a $30 cancellation fee.
